40 minutes drive from the airport set on the beach amidst an emerald green oasis with 200 acres of lush beachfront landscaping and a dramatic backdrop of rugged mountains.

Meticulously designed for comfort and convenience, the 200 rooms and 50 suites have been uniquely appointed to reflect both local traditions and art deco designs, which exude the richness of Arabian culture, art and history. All have private balconies, many with spectacular views of the exclusive bay, and are fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including the latest in-room entertainment technology, video on demand and flat screen televisions, air-conditioning, internet, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, bathrobes, hairdryer, safe, and 24 hour room service. As part of the extensive landscaping, the brand new and exclusive Bustan Lagoon Access Rooms offer guests direct access from their private patios to the lagoons.

 

Deluxe Room

40 square metres. With sea view or mountain view located on the 5th or 6th floor.

 

Bustan Room

40 square metres. With sea view or garden view located on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

 

Bustan Lagoon Access Room

40 square metres. Located on the 1st floor and benefiting from a 16 square metre terrace with direct access to the lagoon.

 

Executive Suite

80 square metres. With a separate bedroom and sitting room, with sea view or mountain view, located on the 7th or 8th floor.

FACILITIES

There is an array of exquisite restaurants offering a variety of authentic cuisine and ambiance. A choice of terraces and bars give an option to dine al fresco or enjoy an aperitif on the water’s edge.

 

Al Marjan Restaurant - a signature French restaurant with live entertainment.

 

Al Khiran Terrace Restaurant – all day indoor and outdoor dining, with buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch and a variety of buffet theme dinners.

 

China Mood Restaurant – authentic Chinese cuisine with a la carte and special set menus.

 

Beach Pavilion Restaurant & Bar – outdoor and indoor restaurant offering healthy light meals and refreshments during the day and an a la carte menu with a variety of seafood specialities for dinner.

 

Al Maha Piano Bar – serving a variety of cocktails with background piano entertainment.

 

Atrium Tea Lounge – serving light refreshments all day and traditional English tea in the afternoon with live music.

 

Seblat Al Bustan – every Wednesday and Sunday evenings, a traditional Omani night in the ambiance of a Bedouin Village, with Omani folkloric dance and music. (closed May – September).
